Few of us like to publish our email address. As for CAPTCHA WebAIM [REF1] listed it as the single most problematic area for those using screen readers. So my preferred method of contact is by sending me a Private Message (PM) on the WYSIFA forum. To do this you must sign up but not only is this free but they don't send any unwanted mail, advertising or otherwise.
Sign up at the link below[REF 2] then click on 'Members', search for charlescooke, double-click my name, then click 'Send private message'.
